What information would you like to know about the Embrace2 bracelet?

The Embrace2 is an FDA-approved wearable watch designed to detect generalized tonic-clonic seizures in adults and children ages 6 and up. It's particularly helpful for seizures that might go unnoticed or unreported, especially when no one is around to observe them.

Instead of monitoring brain activity like an EEG, the Embrace2 uses electrodermal activity (EDA) to measure changes in your sympathetic nervous system - the fight-or-flight response that activates during a seizure. The watch also tracks:

- Motion
- Skin temperature
- Balance
- Stress levels
- Activity levels

You can wear it on either your wrist or ankle, depending on your preference. The device connects to an Alert App on your phone via Bluetooth and can automatically text or call family members or caregivers if it detects a potential convulsive seizure.

Important to note: The Embrace2 does not detect all types of seizures - only generalized tonic-clonic seizures. You'll need a written prescription from your doctor to order one.
