I’ve been trying to get my VNS battery charged and when I call they say it’s my job to find a surgeon I thought that was the Doctor’s

I actually got my whole VNS removed. It didn’t take the surgeons long before they removed it. I had no trouble getting my RNS replaced when the battery went out.
They have to replace the battery, not simply charge it.
Maybe the University close by has a Neurosurgeon available
