I think that if I could and decided to I would get a fish tank with tropical fish and expand over time,I had one when growing up so a little kid but was my dad's, and never thought about it and take interest in, and if for a second choice, it might be a falcon,a peregrine falcon, I would have to learn more about it and such, but don't see why I couldn't do that if I decided to, but I have had a few other pets growing up, a Springer spaniel dog, and a cat and a malamute named snow, it was all… read more

Members had a fun and nostalgic conversation about pets they have had or would love to own, sharing everything from childhood memories of German shepherds and geese to dream pets like talking parrots, hairless cats, and toy poodles. Several members shared heartwarming and funny stories, including a dog stealing a ham off the kitchen table, a cockapoo watching 'fish TV,' and a parrot taught to swear at an aunt. A recurring theme was the deep bond people feel with their animals, along with honest reflections on life stage and health making pet ownership harder now than it once was.

My brother & I were talking about which was the smartest dog of all dogs, his , mine, & growing up. We both agreed it was our 1st German Shepherd. The pic is of my shepherd after he pulled a ham off the kitchen table. You never saw a dog melt so fast after my Mom caught him :)

I've always had dogs. I had 3 German shepherds growing up. They all lasted 9 yrs. My scottie was a trooper, he was 13 when I had to put him to sleep in 2016. I want to get another dog, but it's hard to choose between German Shepherd or Scottish terrier.
