Members came together to share their favorite nuts in response to a fun and curious post about personal snack preferences. Cashews, almonds, peanuts, pecans, and walnuts came up again and again as top favorites, with some members also mentioning macadamias, pistachios, and even chestnuts from childhood farms. A recurring theme was pure enjoyment, with several members laughing about not being able to stop at just one handful, while a few others noted managing food allergies or watching salt intake.

Everyone with epilepsy seems to be a nut nut. My go to's are peanuts and almonds but English hazelnuts are the best, miss those huge suckers in the fall straight off the bush, sweet, crunchy brain food, all of them. Someone should see if there is a correlation between nuts and epilepsy ?
