The that was put in said routine sleep deprived eeg. The last one the neurologist done was almost 6 years ago. Finally got the doctor to order it and had it done. But what would you do if you was in my spot?
What should you do if your neurologist waited 6 years to order follow-up testing after your initial EEG?
It's great that you finally got the test done. Now that you have it, make sure to follow up promptly with your neurologist to review the results. This new EEG may show important changes in your brain's electrical activity Show Full Answer
It was probably 10 years before my second EEG, and it was that long before I had an MRI. It is worth remembering, though, that when I was first diagnosed, MRIs did not exist. My first MRI was at Duke University. They only had 2 machines, and they were running 24/7. My appointment was at 2:30 am. It was crazy. Now Duke has a parking lot down the road with about 20 MRIs in trailers. How times change.
Good post and? I agree with the ai mentioned about and get other people's opinions here which ok with that, but then go to your doc about it and go from there about it and go from there about it and see what else they may have that may need to be done for you and your condition and situation at hand, my opinion here, and good luck with your outcome with it
