I just felt a bit dippy almost and was just not all there for most pf the day and then had a seizure late afternoon. I was wondering if that is the build up to a seizure as it wasn't like I was having an aura for that long. I just felt away with the fairies and a bit dippy.

I always feel right the whole day I had a seizure. I never know before or after I have seizures
With me it's not before a seizure, it's after having one it can ruin my day with memory loss + low in confidence making life hard living alone, when I do get over it, I put it behind me so it doesn't rule my life.

I've had it where getting really, really sick would cause a seizure. That's been many years back and is very rare for me.
Yes. I’m told I get short with people. The day before I sleep all night. Usually I wake up a few times and it’s hard to get back to sleep. That’s usually a sign for me.
