Cessnock, AU

I have been having seizures quite often as of late. Before I have a seizure I feel really weird and I want to know if others feel the same.
I get an odd feeling in my head. Not dizzy but blank. That sounds normal right?
But I also get an odd feeling in my stomach. It's so hard to explain. My whole body tingles. It's like it flows from head to toe.
I don't know how to explain how I feel.
Is this feeling normal?

I would also get those feelings and certain color spots in front of my eyes if I was home alone I would get to my chair and sit. If my family is home I would also have them check my eyes because my puples would enlarge then my seizure would come quicker.

Is it kind of like when your foot falls asleep? Sometimes that will happen to me before or during one. My limbs feet, hsnds arms and shoulders get tingling numbing pains...

Hi Peta. Yes, that's what we would call an aura; a kind of sensation one gets before a full onset seizure occurs. I get the same kinds of feelings. Blessings. :)

I get similar sort of feelings and I just sit down and take things easy for a minute with some deep breaths and slow down and "chill' as my kids say

You sure explained it better then I would but what you said sure sounds correct. I feel a weird feeling starting from my head and just flows through my body, fells like a Deja Vu. My mind freezes within that moment and I can't move or speak. They usually last about 30seconds, but the feeling is so awkward my mind just screams please Go away.
