Against the diet you have? Curious I have my own diet of fasting and I look at keeping with it, but sometimes I will wonder if I eat something that usually doesn't go with it and put it in my fasting diet, and then let it rest for a decent amount of time till I may put it in again or something different and try something else Instead, but I keep tabs on what I eat and such etc, but what are your thoughts on this post and curious about how you look at it, wondering?

Im wondering if youre getting 2 many seizures? Any form of heat in your head (smoking, drinking, saunas, being out in the sun, stress, headaches etc.) can trigger a seizure. Something you can do 2 control them is stop smoking, Avoid spicy foods and caffeine. Limit salt, fat and sugar. Maintain a healthy weight. I fast. Im sure if you try this you will feel much better and see an improvement in your seizures. Good luck and take care

I have my own diet along with fasting. breakfast (a bioled egg and a small cereal bar (non dairy, no added sugar} skip lunch. Dinner is between 12-1pm. Im not the type to count calories, carbs, fat. Most of my food is vegies, eggs, meat and cereal bars without much sugar or salt. no food after that. sometimes i go out 2 eat 1 or 2 times a week. then i get back on my fasting diet. it helps with my seizures and maintain my weight.

I don't follow any particular diet, I simply try to eat healthy foods in moderation. But, there are times I treat myself to a buffet meal. do I over indulge? Yes. do I pay for it later? you bet. I don't dine out much anymore, it really is a special treat for me.

I have lost half of me over the last 11/2 years. I cut out large meals and eat 4 sometimes times. 5 small meals a day. My stomach's shrunk so I couldn't even eat a big meal since if I eat more than usual get a stomach' ache. But I endulge in a sweet treat on occasion. We had a key lime pie in the fridge and I asked for a 1 inch slice. It was delicous and 2 dayss later I had 1 more inch. Yes it was a treat. No I rarely do that. Stayed with in my WW points.
