I agree. You also need to keep an eye out on your cards and make sure you are the one spending it and not an outside invader. I recently discovered one of my credit cards was at its limit and couldn't understand why. I called the fraud department, and discovered i payed it off in 2024 and have not used it since. They refunded me the entire amount. As an epileptic I have great trouble with book keeping. Since my moms death I don't have anyone anymore. But always pay bills 1st. you may have to save small amount left a few months to go out. Better than getting in debt. Find other ways of having fun that don't cost anything or very little (under 50.00) one time. There are ways. They still make the outdoors and basketball hoops; even at some public neiborhood parks. Good clean fun and exercise; good for the body and the pocket book.

It’s good ur aware of being addiction prone. And if ur aware that ur having an aura, then u should be able to control what ur doing during it like not shopping. So if ur aware of it then u can control what ur doing- in my opinion anyway

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Aed meds and epilepsy in general can cause emotional highs and lows. The easiest way to tell if its more epilepsy related is that it will happen and there is no explanation for it. When this happens its more than likely a Aura.

Do you know if some other issues is behind your spending? Something emotional like fear anxiety etc? Sometimes it helps to get at root causes. Do you a budgeting app that could allow you to plan for purchases? Create a goal and then achieve it? Right now I am researching costs of outdoor dog kennels for my 2 dogs who are pitbulls and my legal ESAs? My budgeting app allows me to break down the cost over several months for example save that money then purchase it
