I have just had one small seizure walking back from getting a bite to eat, I do keep track of them and document it for my doc, but doesn't happen often but does, what are your thoughts about the post here and has something like this happen to you? Wondering

It's completely normal to feel concerned when seizures occur unexpectedly, like during your walk home. You're already doing one of the most helpful things by documenting your seizures for your doctor. This tracking helps identify potential patterns or triggers.

I still have seizures, but they have reduced by half since my DBS implant
It’s not a punishment but it is the best thing for u. My aunt had a seizure in a store and my grandmother got embarrassed and walked away. My aunt came to and couldn’t find her and she only saw strangers around trying to help her and she had a second seizure that “snapped “ her brain ( that’s how it was described back then) and it left her with the mentality of a 16 year old. So she was like a teenager in an adult body. She thought it was ok to put coke in her babies bottle, feed her chocolate bars or junk food instead of pablum or milk. Right up until cancer took her life she had the mentally of a 16 yr old on her good days. So they’re not punishing u, they’re trying to keep u safe. Plus the stress ( even if u don’t feel it) of being around other ppl after having a seizure can cause another seizure that’s even worse. And I don’t think it’s wise or worth going anywhere after u’ve already seized.
It bothers me of course but at the same time there isn't much we can do about it but take our meds but my seizures have calmed down a lot vrs when I was a kid
