Thanks for your reply. I haven't started the Onfi because of the many side effects. I have a seizure on average every 3 to 4 months. I don't see the need for additional medications at this point, especially with the strong adverse side effects of Onfi.. I will discuss a possible alternative at my next office visit.

Clobazam (Onfi) is another anti-seizure medication that is sometimes prescribed along with levetiracetam (Keppra) for epilepsy treatment. When taking two anti-seizure medications together, it's important that your neurologist monitors any potential medication interactions and adjusts dosages accordingly. Some key things to discuss with your doctor when starting clobazam include potential side effects, whether dosage adjustments of your current medications are needed, and any other substances (like alcohol, caffeine or other drugs) that should be avoided while taking both medications. Many members on MyEpilepsyTeam have shared their experiences taking clobazam along with other anti-seizure medications like Keppra. While some have had positive experiences, others have reported side effects like fatigue, weight changes or emotional issues. Be sure to closely monitor how you feel on the medications and share any concerns with your neurologist.

I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I have taken keppra and the gen version of it, levetiracetam which I am on, with divaprolex, it's dif per person and what the effects of meds do to the individual taking them, we are all different with those effects of, but I would suggest getting people's opinions here on that question here you are asking, but then afterwards get a good mind of questions and bring them up to the doctor who is taking care of your condition and such etc and go from there, but hang in there and try and stay pos and good luck with your condition and such etc and a better outcome with that, my opinion
