I eat well, and do take Vitamin D3 as well. My previous Doctor (now retired) wanted me to take Caltrate or something similar, Calcium and Vitamin D. My current Doctor is concerned about Calcium Deposits for some reason. I do eat fatty fish, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. I also eat some meats, but that includes Calves Liver. I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoperosis. That is why I had been taking Calcium. When I was treated for Breast Cancer, they always tested the Vitamin D Level.

When I grew up my mom didn’t cook until Sunday and I found out it was dad who really put it into a crockpot! If it wasn’t a tab and slim fast mom didn’t know what to do with it, I guess that’s why I love cooking and have cookbooks everywhere! Trying something new , and love food vegetables are my favorite I raise, always been my comfort zone and helping out with anxiety &stress ! Funny thing mom won’t even get a mail dirty outside for food , she rather starve!
