I am ok with both, but I prefer the leftovers if they're are any, I've been that way over the years, the main dish is good but after a couple days if there is leftovers I prefer them, All the ingredients and flavors are more enhanced in my opinion here, what do you think? or does it matter?

I can do both. I actually always make a leftover meal from a main meal, less cooking of a main meal. Like Bill I always eat breakfast.

Mostly okay with both, but left over soup is the best because all the ingredients have time to work with each other and the result is a more flavorful soup.

Both. Sometimes we will have a main meal. Other times leftovers. Either way its a meal.

I hardly ever have leftovers as I make just enough for me - sometimes I over size my food measurements by mistake so sometimes I do have leftovers.

Since my wife works and I don't, I usually make dinner. I make more than we'll eat so I'll have something for lunch that week.
