@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member good answer.
The only times starting a new routine, normally running, swimming & weights causes me to breakthrough is when I push it to the edge after not working out for awhile. So when I start back at the gym this time, I'll try to build up gradually

I have started lifting weights and so far no issues. I usually go for a walk around my block to get outside and be safe since I was having seizures. It's been a month since my last one so I went a little longer yesterday and it felt so good to be outside. I still wear my medical alert bracelet and I don't listen to music anymore when I walk since the meds a making me more sensative to sound and I have to wear sunglasses.
