Everyone responds differently to heat. I love the heat. I’ve also been in Saunas and hot tubs/spas and had no trouble with seizures .
But just because I’m don’t have seizures, doesn’t mean that someone else won’t have one. It all depends on what your body can handle.
High temperarures increase the activity in my brain and I'm very susceptible to seizures.
My seizures are always worse in the summer months.
I went in a Sauna once a very long time ago when I was younger and had only been diagnosed for probably 4 years at the time. All I remember is going in and then being outside sitting with a group of people. So yeah.. If heat is a known trigger I wouldn't recommend it.
