At my 6 month review coming up, I am hoping to get off Keppra or at the very least cut in half for a number of months. Any thoughts? Thank you.

If you haven't officially been diagnosed with epilepsy then maybe? Just remember that seizures can have lots of different causes so even if they don't pick up something straight away there can always be something else going on.
