They aren't a good mix. Here are some cautions:
Dizziness
Drowsiness
Confusion
trouble concentrating
GOOGLE Keppra and marijuana

With all due respect, no marijuana for me ever under any circumstances. I am seizure free on Keppra since 2018

I am now on Epidiolex, which is CBD oil without the THC. I would not use Marijuana, because it might do that. You do not know what you are getting in terms of dosage, either.
