I know that the weather can have a effect on how we feel, but I find bright 🌞 sunshine can cause a headache or a seizure if I am in it to long, so I wear glasses that change in bright sun or lights

I agree I don't like going from normal light to bright light, at home I always use dim lights in the living room at night, plus I don't like sitting in bright sunshine.

I cannot stand fluorescent lights

Natural lighting. I don’t like fluorescent lighting. My son told me that in the US fluorescent light is going phase in favor of LEDs.
