anyone else struggles with weight . i am on Lacosimide , Briviact , clobazam & Clonazepam… i did not know that Lacosimide (Vimpat) and Keppra were too similar. i was on Keppra when i was in my 20s. my weight has always been up and down . i find exercising

i am so sorry about your weight loss. it’s very hard to keep up with weight in general. other alternatives meaning like detoxing , and weight pills? i mean yeah i don’t even try bc i do fall on seizures due to choosing to do so
If your gaining weight due to medications try asking for weight neutral alternatives but that comes with the risk of them not being as effective in controlling your seizures as the ones you were on before.
My advice keep trying as long as the very least your maintaining your weight .
I'm struggling with weightloss not due to meds just dealing with what I'm dealing with gets me down and I turn to food for comfort .I haven't gained just stuck in the same weight range when I'm trying to get in healthy weight range .
