I’ve had seizures ever since I was 10 years and I’ve never been teased for my seizures. Not even in school. I’ve always told people that if they think I’m faking a seizure to pinch me their hardest. When I don’t react to the pinch I’m obviously out. I never feel anything when I’m having a seizure. Not even when I had a seizure and cut my arm on an electric saw and got stitches.

I appreciate your response, I’ve just been made fun of for the years I’ve had epilepsy, I got told I was faking, and when I did have seizures I was always called seizure girl then lots of people would be like hey I’m Emily watch me what I can do and start shaking their bodies while laughing 🥺

Yeah, I had my seizures for a long time, I think around 6yrs old, I didn't know what I had, i didn't even let my parents know, I thought nothing of what was happening to me, but anyway,, I got a sleeping bag for my birthday, I liked spending time in living room, watching TV and such, well the next day a couple of police officers were talking to my mom and dad, well I was coming out of a seizure and was disoriented and confused etc, I remember barely what I heard to this day, I recall along the the lines, what do you think happened to him, and the police officer, said i think he is on drugs personally. And wasn't. My opinion. If people only knew before jumping to conclusions!

Yes I have once. I went on a date once and had a grand mal seizure and the guy called me a freak bc I wet on myself.
