I haven't. I'm not saying anyone should or shouldn't. I just don't want my dietary options restricted because of my epilepsy. Food is one of the great joys in life, and I won't take that away from myself.

I have improved my diet to loose some weight, I don’t drink much soda, other junk food that I really want to eat. My guess is everybody knows eating or drinking somethings are triggers for seizures I don’t use any salt 🧂 ever, drinking orange soda-I have been told that has ton of caffeine in it. I drink Fruit2O. It has several different flavors, sold in a box that has 24 bottles in it. Adirondack is a is another company that sells bottled flavored water, no caffeine, calories etc.

Processed foods has so many chemicals and added salt. I minimize it now and feel better with less seizures due to the chemical effects to my heart which pumps faster and gets me nervous adding to seizures, also our bodies and brains are affected enough without all that stuff.
