I’ll get hot or hungry and I have limbs shaking for some reason if it’s both they shake like crazy on their own.

Sometimes my hand(s), arm(s) or leg(s) jerk briefly. It passes though. I usually sit down or lay down and wait til it passes so I don't accidentally fall down the stairs or drop something. But it's always sudden so I can't always avoid it. I actually accidentally spilled boiling water on one of my hands last year because of it. So it's a good idea to take precautions just in case. Use the back burners when cooking. Be very careful when carrying sharp objects such as kitchen knives. Always hold onto the hand rail when using stairs. Stuff like that.
