I checked into an apprenticeship program at 2 different hospitals for an LNA.( apprenticeship means on the job training) both times I get a response saying I don’t have enough experience. ??? Sounds fishy to me. Why do need experience if they are training you? On my resume it says I have done homecare. I took care of some that’s quadaplegic. I don’t think you can get much more experience than that.
I've never asked, like many, if they don't want me God has something else planned for me.
If they do it knowing of my medical issues, I don't want to be there. After leaving my teams & I still stay close.
I actually talked to my mom about this topic today. I told her I know both she & I get very frustrated at times but we both know God has the plan, there is a time & purpose for everything under the sun.
The Bible is an awesome place to look when you deal w/ being turned down or unexpectedly let go from a position. Just refer to Eclesiastes 3
"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:....."
But the whole chapter speaks to this topic & others.
It's been my response to ALL the the many trials that come my way. Last year I was asking God to allow me to
I've never asked I just take it as God has another better plan for me. I wouldn't take it so hard just move on to somewhere else that will appreciate your experience and accomplishments
No, because if they don't want me due to my medical conditions I don't even want to be there, and trust me I won't take it well.
I’ve had surgeries to bring mine under control.
You have the right to know why ,it could be many factors as to why you didn't get the position and experience doesn't necessarily get you a job always.
Nothing wrong with asking for feedback and advice .
Just don't let it get you down too much the right job will happen for you.
