I'm up to 50 mg and my doctor wants to get me to 100 mg. Really tired is the only side effect I've had, but it's better if I fight through it rather than sleep. Seems like the tiredness gets a lot better for me after a few days at each level since it's a slow titration. I watched some YouTube videos and doctors suggested coming down on other meds while getting on it so I asked my doctor to do this. I'm now completely off Topamax, and am going to lower my Lamictal when I get to 100 mg. So far no seizures. I've also been sensitive to medications causing mood changes, anger, depression, etc., and this doesn't seem to have any of that. It's expensive but you can get it from the company free or cheap.
I just started taking a Xcopri and would also like to know the side effects. I was taking 100mg and I felt short of breath. The doctor lowered my dose but I might need to go back to 100mg.
