I'm really not sure but I'm starting to think stress can effect my seizures. I seem to have more clusters in high stress situations. They also seem to happen more often at night than other times of the day although they have occurred at any time of day or night over the years.
A lot of those are the same for me, sleep, low blood sugar esp if l don't eat in mornings, stress, anxiety about s/thing, being too hot or cold can trigger my Aura, even the sun when I'm on the bus when it flashes through the trees l have to put my head down. Exercise l love walking this is a great stress release 4 me l love my music l just put on headphones on & go!
I'm an over thinker which doesn't help. Something may happen big or very small but if its s/thing that may then play on my mind. People say just don't worry about it or just brush it off! l hate this expression it doesn't help me at all.
I try not to take things to seriously though with my Epilepsy like l used to otherwise it takes over my whole world which is a big thing for anyone. If l have a seizure at work if I'm able & aloud to l just get bk up & keep goin otherwise ld just give up ya know.
l have a good laugh when ever l can l craic jokes even at myself about it all & I'm just light hearted about it for me it makes a big difference, mindset is a big thing that we l think all struggle with. But at the end of the day we only live one life, l try most of the times to life it too the fullest! ππ
I need caffeine 2-3 because my anxiety, and panic attacks leave me so I pass out with fatigue. I had my blood tested for a lot of factors and nothing. EEG and cat scans showed just an very, very small arachnoid cyst.
Sleep deprivation is a huge deal with my epilepsy. I try not to stay up too late and maintain a regular sleep schedule.
stress & over thinking as in to think of what needs doing & you rush to do it b4 you forget as often i got write things down otherwise il forget if i dont do it straight away
