I’m usually tired most of the time just more tired after a seizure. I know this doesn’t help much.

That happened to me recently. I do not know but must have had a seizure. I do not know, but I looked at my clock and thought it was morning, After large seizures, I can sleep 4 hours or so. I looked and saw the meds for that evening were still in the pillbox. I thought I missed the night dose, so since I thought it was morning, I took the AM dose. sometimes if I take the Evening in the Morning, I just take the other dose.. Because I was alarmed, I called Yale Neurology, They did not call me back, so I did not take a dose.
I had been waiting for shipment for my Epidiolex, so recently tried not to leave my room at all. I had been without my doses for 4 days! I did not want to have a very bad seizure while at a Doctors Appointment!

For me it depends on the seizure. If I have had a Gran Mal, it can take a few days or a little longer. I try to take naps when I'm tired to recoup after having one. Smaller, tired day of and possibly a couple of days longer. If I have what I call a Tremor, which is the Aura of one coming on but goes away, I'm fine 😀
