I have bad insomnia and not sleeping well is my biggest trigger. I tried edibles and they help me sleep so much better. I don’t know if I should continue or would it make it worse in the long run?
I use CBD oil in my coffee to help with my inflammation and sore muscles just from age get up in the morning and working out and to keep myself calm and on a even keel throughout the day. I take both striands indica at night for its relaxing and sedating effects and sleepiness feeling that it gives me and I'll have a couple sativa joints in the day both rolled by hand from pure flower because of the uplifting and energizing and cerebral effects it has on me to get me through the day and they also lessen the side effects of my meds that pretty much make me way less productive and useless during the day because am totally out of it and just tired and totally exhausted and fatigued without having something to quell the side effects of my anti-eleptic meds.and once in a while I'll have a hybrid for sleeping if it not to bad . It more for my depression that I have trouble sleeping and my insomnia has gotten a little bit better over the years from it.. I do take and make my own edibles but I've never had or taken them for sleep.
I was the same way and i been to specialist in sanfransico One of the specialist asked if i was on edibles. I havent come across Anything about weed or canniabis only good things it heals
