It’s simply tough. When and if I have sex I go less than a minute. If I cannot straight up fix it up I’d like a recommendation for the best thing I can do.

There are things they can do other than lower your meds. You go quickly. I take forever or just don't have much drive, so the solutions may be different. Also different b/c we are different genders. I've gotten hormone replacement therapy. I think you could talk to a Urologist about this, or ask your doctor for a referral. Don't give up.

The best best way to get rid of a side effect your Primary Physician can help you with the side effects as well as your Neurologist, like change your medications again an again like they did with me. I am 67 years old and I have had to deal with all the so call Physicians. Then I took control and they work with me. My saying if it's to hot in the Kitchen get hell out! You have to be your own advocate. They also will give you heart medication because most of the medications that was prescribed to me caused my Blood Pressure to be elevated. But be cautious most will make your legs face and various parts of your body swell. My left leg was also my helper on determining if a medication was right for me. Its rather nice that our own bodies help us in a manner that nobody else will. This is a form of listening to our body, in my terms.

Oh by the way I or my body system gets all the side effects from the lower milligrams than that of the middle range. With the lower MG. I had rashes all over and on my face that was also caused from the last 7 medications that were prescribed to me. My Epilepsy does not show up all the time even when Neurologist gives me a M.R.I. with a EEG/EKG. And they don't like it when your honest. And if you want to know more about your medication don't you ask your Physician or Neurologist cause they don't have the time. They are to busy with all the other patients that they must see we are not the only patients. Ask a Pharmacist they are the smarter ones about the medications that are prescribed to you!

When you get seizure free for at least a year. (now this was done as a experiment) but it works. I have been off all medications going on 3 years now with not having one seizure on my own. And yes I did have a few seizures a short time ago, but they were caused by the misfit Physicians in the emergency room. And I cannot say which place for I'll be thrown off this site for awhile. The Neurologist prescribed me Topiramate 25 MG. generic for : Topamax which was a total of 100 MG. per day. Then Zonisamide 100 MG. generic for Vimpat and two others. Which all these medication caused a breathing problem. I cannot no longer play my Harmonica's and I have 53 harmonica's in all I have one that is 14" and another that is almost 3 foot long. Now getting back with the main answer now that I am completely off medications of any kind I feel great except for the breathing issues. I get and can hold on for a few rounds of complete satisfaction with my partner like I was in my youth. The more a person has to be bound by Physicians the worst you will be. But I still have to tell each and everyone of you that my body is different from yours and yours are not like anyone else. We all have different body chemistries, with this it keeps me out of the hot water. My name is Brad L.J. Pearson of Modesto, California, I just keep forgetting my password or what I wrote it down on or hide the book.

I was gonna say the same as Nicole. Some good ol testosterone boosters could help. ^ or exercise. That's helped me a lot. Then again I'm always in the mood. Don't give up hope either. Sometimes it's all in our minds too. If we let defeat or a negative emotion consume us, we won't wan't or get horny at all lol.
