it depends on the person but the worst the seizure is... the more likely everything will go wrong. i have 4 types and the 3rd and 4th types (complex partials and tonic-clonic seizures) may cause muscle tighting or loosely, bowel movements (both peeing and pooping), and/or tingling everywhere (to the point of pain) (among other thing).

Kent,
A person who used to live in this complex moved out. He had the police called on him a very large number of times. He now lives in the Apartment House across the Street. I need to read books. Evenually I will get a DVD/CD player I can listen to many CDs and watch movies on DVDs. They will relax me, and keep me busy. Where I live they are starting to hold activities.

This is Elderly Housing. We are considered to be vulnerable to Covid 19. Our Manager does not wear a mask. With the CDC saying the 6 Feet distance is not needed any longer, things might open up a little bit.

What sort of things do you do to eliminate or reduce stress?

Lena,
At the moment my medications are working. The Doctors were concerned if I was having seizures during the day and forgetting them. I had some, but it was because I ignored my triggers. They are not having eaten well or enough, same with sleep. Being under stress and for some reason needing to urinate are also triggers.
