What would blood levels tell the Neurologist and I? So far I do not have yellowing skin or eyes. I am concerned.

Blood levels will tell the doctor how much of the medicine is currently in the blood system. There is a target area (not too little or too much)
Why the Liver is mentioned is that this medication can harm that person's liver. This is something determined with early usage, and list of side effects experienced, blood test when you go to the medical facility and other signs that doctors recognize.
They have been running bloods for my Levels, but do not think it has to do with my Liver. I have an appointment with her coming up at some point. Could I ask her to send in an order before the appointment?

You can talk to your primary care doctor to get the blood test and possible scan (if the blood test indicates so). If there is a problem with your doctor ordering the blood test, then your Conservator can inspire him/her.
Seeing a Doctor about my liver has not yet come up. I would not know what kind of doctor to see for that. I have a way to look at MyChart at Yale to see the report. Since they only printed out my next appointment, I called and asked for 2 copies. I have a Conservator who has the authority to speak to my Doctors.

Considering the Dilantin was working you good and the ginger gummies and this is helping your digestive system, then that it fine. However, if you are not getting a copy of your medical records after an appointment, then you should request them. It makes it easier for going to a doctor for a second opinion about threat to your liver.
