What Do You Do If You Dont Remember If You Took Your Medicine?
I know, sounds very iresponsible, and I need a pill box..I take 300mg Lamictal and its literally such a natural reflex for me to go and take it Ill have to stop and think if I did or not. Most of the time I remember whether I did or not.

The best thing to do is, go to the pharmacy and buy a weekly pill organizer w/ morning -bedtime pill slots. This will help you know whether or not you’ve taken them. Did you take the right daytime of meds and was it the right dosage for that time? Just remember to restock it, after your last day of meds.
There are several pill reminder apps available for either your laptop or your phone to use.
Same until I had the pharmacist prepare a Dispill pack. The medications is already divvied up by dosages by date and by time (am & pm) This tells me if I've missed or taken too many by accident. Highly recommend.
The pill box for my morning and nightime doseges with the day and I have the time written down on it .I'll also leave it in the same place as always so ill always remember to take it at the same time every day. Right next to my coffee maker for the mornings and next to my multivitamins and others for my nightime doseges.
