I’m afraid to go off the Meds when I have a seizure they last more than 5 minutes so I end up in the hospital. I am afraid to try another Med but I want see again with me it gets worse as the day passes

It all depends on how [[treatment:lamictal:5508b7fb6bcd61548000025f]] is controlling your seizures. Yes double vision is one of the side effects of this drug along with many others that will make you feel uncomfortable. When i used to take it i had blurred vision, dizziness and uncontrollable shaking of the body just to name a few. If you go off of your meds which i don't recommend, your vision may not get better and you will probably have more seizures. Talk to your doctor first. Choose wisely.

I was put on lamictal and have never had a problem. I had a healthy son. I also take all of my medication at night when going to bed, to sleep through all the side effects. Taking all my meds at night helped because I was not taking a dose of medication of vimpat due to it making me feel like I had tunnel vision if I didn't eat enough. My husband ratted me out to Dr. And the doctor said, so don't take it, and why didn't I tell him. I fessed up and said I didn't want to get in trouble 😵‍💫! He laughed and said I rather you tell me honestly what's working and what's not. So we adjusted things and I take all my meds at night and sleep through all the side effects and no seizures. Honesty is the best policy with your doctor.
