NCBI.NLM.NIH.GOV. Adverse reactions to sulfites. And foods containing sulfites includes cheese. You may not realize that the seizures you have that day has been triggered by sulfites found in processed foods including cheese, hot dogs, lunch meats, canned meats and other processed foods. Therefore the next time you have a seizure remember what you ate could have caused it and you may have not realized that that piece of processed American Cheese or Hot Dog, Smoked Sausage,Sausage,Lunch Meat. You need to read the lables and look for sulfites.Like I said look up the link at the top or Google Sulfites and Epilepsy.

I am allergic to wheat, dairy, seafood, and protein, which includes milk and cheese. This has caused minor seizures for me in the past but seems to have settled down now I've got older. I'm new on [[treatment:Topiramate:588696466b4dcc553fd2a584]] at the moment so not sure if this would have an effect. My Mom told me in the past I'm going to have the seizures anyway, so enjoy the food I love!

Bryan Martin:
One of my very favorite ways of eating popcorn is to pop it then add
melted butter & then add Grated Parmesan Cheese while still hot so it melts.
also love to use spices like GARLIC, PAPRIKA & Black Pepper

I’ve never had any problems with cheese. I like a lot of different kinds of cheese but I don’t like any of the types of blue cheese. They don’t affect my epilepsy, I just can’t stand the smell or taste! lol 😝
