most meds have sleepy or tired. i am tired all the time. for me, it's the normal day.

Even if I do take a sleeping pill there are times where I end up staying up
all night~~Thesee are when a storms coming down the pike.
And don't feel bad IF you have to nap during the day.

It could possible be the side effects from your meds. I can’t remember what medication I was on, but I would get up from a good restful sleep and head into the living room. I would be watching tv and the next thing I notice , I’m being woken up by my wife.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea a year and a half ago. I think you should get checked out for that just to be sure.

My 16 yr old grandson, with Epilepsy, seems to be sleeping ok. He goes to sleep early, around 9:30. I know because I check in on him & on his sister too. That I know of, my grandson hasn't said anything to my daughter about not sleeping well. May you have a seizure free day.
