Has anyone experienced or heard of neurological locking?

Lately my body has been locking and it hurts family has to pull me apart one of my other specialist thinks it's due to neurological locking and is going to speak to my neurologist about it I looked it up on Google but I would rather have someone who has experienced it explain it please and thank you
