I usually get about 8 to 9 hours of sleep during the night and sometimes during the day and quite a lot after I've had a seizure, but usually the day after I've had some seizures or seizures during the week it gives me a lot of anxiety at night and I find it hard to get to sleep.

My sleep is getting better. I am getting about 5 to 6 hours. I normally don't sleep during the day. If I do it is usually maybe a hour.

My sleep schedule is crazy. Sometimes it’s 10 hours and a nap and sometimes it’s 4 hours and no nap. It really depends if I’ve had a seizure or migraine.
