Has Anyone Ever Had A Gran Mall Without Loosing Full Consciousness
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

This morning I had a gran mall, but then had a second seizure, but a completely new one to me, it was like a gran mall, my body was twitching and jerking but I was somewhat conscious but had no control over my body, has anyone else ever had this?

then go get a different dr or different hospital. i have hired and fired drs. and i have 3 hospitals. i live in nwi (north west indiana) and i have a local dr, uoc hosptal (universality of chicago), and the cleveland clinic (in cleveland, ohio). remember go with your gut feeling. if something feels wrong... then change it.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member did you have a successful eeg (having a seizure while getting the test)? there is a thing called non epilepsy seizures. epilepsy has a trigger spot and non epilepsy didnt. anxiety could be both. example is me. i have complex partials into grand mals (focal onset impaired awareness into tonic clonic) cause by celiac disease (food problems). switch to another dr because it doesnt sounds right. question... when you got off the phone, did you have a seizure when you were anxious. i am no dr but if you have anxiety and dont have a seizure you dont have anxiety seizures. like i said earlier, if you dont feel write, get another dr. i have a couple neuros, one neuro that turn into an epilepto, and a nutritionist.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member well thats unfortunate. the bad thing about getting an old hospital is you might not get the right drs. the good thing is if you get the old dr. ultimately it up to you and your husband. get the good and bad from staying verses going.
