I get concentration problems randomly, when I wake up in the morning sometimes, I get concentration problems & can't focus. I'm fine but, this usually happens randomly & I don't feel like doing anything but watching tv & playing games. If anyone else goes through it, how do you handle it?

Over the years I've learned to "Pace myself"
I find I can get into some trouble with how I feel depending upon how much sleep I've gotten the night before???
Used to have horrid insominia during the 1990-2010.
Don't don't what it really was from????
And I used to to do the worse thing~ I figured "IF I'm already UP why not go on the computer" as my mind wasn't "shutting off anyway"

Now I take a small sleeping pill with my nightly Medication and I sleep thru the night.~~~ There are times I "feel drained of all energy, and my face looks as if
someone "pulled my electricial plug" That's when I know a rain storm is coming

I DO DRINK REGULAR COFFEE~ IN FACT, I MAKE IT EXTRA STRONG
COFFEE IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CHRONIC MIGRAINES
AND EPILEPTICS CAN DRINK IT ALSO!!!

FEELING VERY GOOD TODAY,

I do at times. There have been many times where I would be watching or listening to a show that I listen to everyday. I would catch myself wondering off in my mind and thinking of something else. Then at times I may get a little lost in what was going on in the show
