When you feel freaked out...try to see if your neck feels tight. Wether on the left or right. You may need to stretch out that tight side of your neck.by Putting your ear on the shoulder that does not need to be stretched. Take deep breaths while allowing gravity to relieve tension...dont for get your deep breaths...just leave your neck at that stretch position till you feel the stretch out has occurred. Keep breathing!

Yes, some days I feel like I'm stuck in a strange coma.

I'm so tired and can't sleep. When I want to sleep I can't because of my constant headaches.

I used to be very smart. 4.0 GPA in nursing school. I had to resign from working as a nurse for now.

Now I can't put some normal social situations together in my mind, even when I watch movies, I'll be like wow oh that's what was happening?? My husband will just look at me and say " you are joking right?"
