I'm having trouble finding information on post seizure anxiety. It's not due to being afraid of having another seizure. It always lasts three days. I feel like I'm having a warning aura but also become short of breath, upset to my stomach, and some chest pain. It's absolutely tortuous; I have trouble completing the simplest of tasks. What is this all about? What can I do other than take something like Xanax, which just makes me feel like a zombie?

Indica is the mellower, sativa is the "get fired up and get stuff done" type. I personally like vape pens with a 2:1 - 4:1 cbd:thc ratio. The higher ratio, like 20:1 doesn't really do anything for me, personally, but that's just what I've found after experimentation. Your local dispensary should know what might help with your particular situation as well. That's worked for me anyways.

I get auras like that too when stressed out. Cbd works for me, also generics valuim and Colazapam. Its s benzo and doesn't make you too tiered

have you talked to your doctor? because i personally do not have auras at all and i never have experienced them but that to me sounds more like a like pseudo/non-eppileptic seizure. which i have experienced and they can last hours..

I had something like that and I saw my neurologist and he said it could be panic attacks or something which is basically the same as a
deja-vu but in a different sort. I was put on topamax and it's worked great, have you seen a neurologist?

Hi. I'd recommend a little Cannibus if you haven't tried that already? A puff off a 4:1 or 2:1 cbd:thc ratio is usually nice and relaxing but doesn't really have too much a stoney feel, if you haven't tried that already of course. It works for me when I'm feeling depressed or anxious after having a GM.
