Well I don't know what the pain is like for you but can offer some advice. My wife doesn't have epilepsy but was having ovarian pains and they said it was endometriosis. She had to have one her ovaries removed and long term it has meant we couldn't have children. I don't know if you have children but if you do I would recommend having some of your healthy eggs removed and stored in case you you need any serious operations. Take care and if you want any more advice I will put you in contact with my wife.
Well after two kids I started getting fiberolds, the doctor said more pain pills or historectomy I said historectomy. I had painful period all my life and was glad to end that part of my life
