Lately I've been having muscle spasms...they last for maybe a second and are frequent. It's not a certain time and no reason they should be happening.

It's not like having tonic clonic seizure level of convulsions...but I'm not sure if they're neuro related. I notice them more when I'm sitting or in bed. It's kind of like a muscle flexing on it's own or a finger slighting twitching. IDK anymore.

Yes i have been to my neurologist for this. Thought it was seizures too or maybe my pills. No just muscle spasms. It just happens if your working out or when resting. I was worried too. But all good. Hope this helps. ๐Ÿ˜€

Not a myoclonic seizure? I assume not since you said it was more like a muscle twitching. Myoclonics are more/less muscle spasms. My arms will suddenly jerk. May be a single one or come in clusters. If you have ever almost fallen asleep and jerked awake suddenly that is kind of what a myoclonic seizure is except that is normal in people.

My face twitches when I feel extra stressed, and I am sure it is a warning sign.
