catamenial seizures

I have seizures around my cycle mainly during ovulation and right before and during my period. I take Keppra 3,000 mg per day and Vimpat 400 mg per day. Has anyone added more dosage to the drug and stopped these crazy seizures around our cycle. They've only got worse as I age. I had a DVT blood clot so I think any hormone therapy would be out for me.

In on keppra 1 gram & 750mg.Ask about keppra dosage sounds way to high.
Clonazepam 2mg bd
Lamotracepam 150mg x2 bd
