Skydiving
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I someday would like to go skydiving, once my meds settle in, but can I ? I mean, would it be safe to do so ?

Yes but skydiving in tandem sounds like it could be achieved. I have always tried to keep my epilepsy seperate from the things I want to achieve in life....mostly have achieved this. One isn't getting younger...and as one gets older there is a higher incident of more seizures....so I better hurry up and get on with tat bucket list! Ha ( as you see I don't take life too seriously )

Skydiving,

Depending on your seizures, a friend of mine who has Epilepsy has gone skydiving in random (with other people) and she had no problem.

When asked my Epileptologist that question , he recommended that I didn't. Doesn't mean I would listen either. I myself want to do this at some time. But keep in mind , you would want to understand how well your tolerance is to stress, nervousness, fear excitement, and ect.

Skydiving is fun but you take your med with you just in case. But take after you land for that why you rest your body
