I do thanks to my pills. When I lowered my dose it got better. When I have tonic-clonic seizures though I have severe short-term memory loss that erases weeks or months of memories. My myoclonic seizure give me like a 10 second memory loss so I lose my place mid sentence if I'm speaking. Its not anxiety its real.

Yes. I sometimes trail off mid sentence, thinking "what was I going to say?" Started around puberty, a few years before I was diagnosed with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy (generalized). It could be anxiety, but I don't have a diagnosis. MY neurologist says it's most likely due to heightened brain activity
