Does anyone else have trouble falling asleep at night even when they're tired but during the day they can sleep almost anywhere at anytime

supposedly what you're supposed to do (what proper grammer 😕) is turn off ALL electronics half hour before bed. TV, laptop, cell phone, tablet...I've not used any electronics just watching TV and it did help a little

I also sometimes suffer from that. I think it is something standard though in today's society. Back in the 1800's a lot of Farmers (males and females) got up everyday and worked their ass off physically all day so when night time came they were dead tired and slept well. Today is so different we are hit at all angles with everything. I know exactly how you feel at times.

Yes lot of the time insomnia is a side effect which causes lack of sleep...I have reduced my caffeine especially after 3 pm. I also use lavender in my bath and in my pillow case and sometimes reading a very dull book helps as well. Lots of hugs sent your way. Dena Drew

I have alittle trouble sometimes falling asleep at night even with the TV going but if I'm real busy during the day then I can go to sleep that night easier and plus I will say my prayers

I could easily sleep all day and be awake all night. I'm a night owl. there's something about night time that I just like. can't wait until we get the super Walmart so I can actually do something with my nights lol. only thing 24 hrs here now is jack in the box, del taco and a donut shop...
