Does exercise help boost your energy even if you feel completely drained but not sleepy?

I used to wake up drained and half dead sometimes by sleeping too much and pills. The only thing that would save my day would be to exercise. After a 40min run I would feel like new and my mood was ravishing. Now I exercise all the time, even if the mood is not there, just because of that. So its a 100% yes !
Best of luck !

wow Im the oddball out. If I even think about running or going to a gym I can have a seizure within half hr of starting. My family get furious with me if I try to do anything involving my cardio rate rising to quickly. An thats not an excuse to get out of exercising. God how I would love to have kept playing soccer for the rest of my life. Miss it so much. Got that bad my coach asked me to leave the team. so embarassing. Oh in australia we call it soccer I think everywhere else its called football

I believe it does I take 1600 mill tegretol xr and 3000 mill Keppra xr daily. Some days I feel drained and don't feel like exercising. But I know at the end of a workout I will always feel better so I push myself to do it. Even if it's only half an hour walk anything always boosts my mood and energy!
