Looking for a good and reliable lawyer who is actually affordable in Texas, preferably the DFW area. Any suggestions??

If I were in your shoes , my first step would be , to call the Epilepsy Foundation in your state . Maybe the have some info or advice for you.

Equal employment opportunity commission. They work with the American disability act to make sure that employers give you reasonable accommodation, that you do not work in a hostile environment, and that you are not fired due to your disability.

One of my previous employers violated ALL of the above. I just received a mediation request- which is fine. I have no problem attending mediation.

However, I have yet to be able to afford a lawyer or find one who will work pro bono. My case is pretty much guaranteed as they let me go while I was still covered under FMLA.
