Can Someone Help Me On This AND Is There Someone Who Is In The Same Position As I Am?

My doctors are not sure what type of Epileptic fits I get. I seem to only get the Once every 2nd Year. They can't find what triggers it nor what the problem is. My brain scans show normal. I am currently using Epylin 500g

There are many types of epilepsy which are idiopathic meaning no explanation for them. Stress triggers episodes, but everyone is different, so it is hard to say. Drink minimizes the effect of the drug you are taking and foods I am unsure about except the ketogenic diet which some people are on.

The Video EEG Shown normal signs, and in those times I never drank so much. I drank one beer and that was the only thing I drank every time, now it gives me heartburn haha. But food? I dont know

Have they tried doing a 3-7 day Video EEG ? With me they would decrease my meds down gradually. And if I was down to my minimum and they still weren't getting the results, they would ask me if there is an alcoholic drink that I always wanted to drink or if there are any other beverages or food that triggers my seizures. That's the only way they may get their answer.
