What does everyone do to control their seizures, outside of taking their medication as prescribed? I find i have to get at least 8 hpurs of sleep.

I, too have to have7-8 hrs of sleep.Keeping active ; walking, going to the gym, brain teasors as crossword puzzles or sudoka, board games or cards can minimize stress while helping to prevent them.

There are many things we can list to minimize the chances of seizures.

Starting with taking your meds on time. Keep rested up. Try not to get over stressed , and anxious. Drinking alcohol trigger seizues . Keep track of foods and of medications that may take over your AED meds. Those are just some
